At RayanSmart, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery across Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver products throughout Bangladesh, including major cities, towns, and most remote areas supported by our courier partners.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
  • Remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process.

The delivery charge may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size or weight
  • Number of products
  • Courier service

4. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

The customer must pay the applicable product price and delivery charges when accepting the order.

5. Check Before Accepting

📦 Please check your product in the presence of the delivery person before accepting the order.

You may check the product, packaging, color, size, quantity, and overall condition.

If you do not want the product after checking it, you may refuse the delivery immediately.

In this situation:

  • The product must be returned with the delivery person.
  • The customer must pay the applicable delivery/return delivery charge.
  • No product payment will be required because the order was not accepted.

6. No Return After Acceptance

Once you have checked and accepted the product, the order is considered completed.

After acceptance, RayanSmart does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind or personal preference.

Therefore, please carefully check your order before accepting it.

7. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Unexpected operational circumstances

RayanSmart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Full delivery address
  • Area/Location

If incorrect information causes additional delivery attempts or charges, the customer may be responsible for the applicable additional charges.

9. Failed Delivery

If a customer is unavailable or unreachable during delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again according to their standard procedure.

Repeated failed deliveries or refusal of orders may affect our ability to accept future orders from the same customer.
