Refund policy

At RayanSmart, we follow a Check Before Accept policy for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

1. Check Before Accept

Cash on Delivery orders can be checked in the presence of the delivery person before payment and acceptance.

Customers are requested to carefully check the product, packaging, color, size, quantity, and overall condition before accepting the order.

2. If You Don't Want the Product

If you receive the product and decide that you do not want it or it does not meet your preference, you may refuse the delivery at the doorstep.

In this case:

The product must be returned immediately with the delivery person.
The customer must pay the applicable delivery/return delivery charge.
No product payment will be required if the order is refused before acceptance.

3. No Return After Acceptance

Once you have checked and accepted the product from the delivery person, the order will be considered completed.

RayanSmart does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after the product has been accepted, including cases where the customer later changes their mind or does not like the product.

Therefore, please make sure you are satisfied with the product before accepting the delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If the product is visibly damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, please do not accept the delivery.

Please inform the delivery person immediately and contact our customer support team if necessary.

5. Refunds

Since our orders are primarily Cash on Delivery, payment is collected only when the customer accepts the product.

If a customer refuses an eligible COD order before acceptance, no product payment is collected. The applicable delivery/return delivery charge may still be payable by the customer.

6. Important Notice

📦 পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে চেক করে নিন। পছন্দ না হলে শুধু ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন। পণ্য গ্রহণ করার পর কোনো Return/Refund গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
